These three concepts are the basis for the name A2P Consulting.  Our company's leadership team is made up of individuals with these three personality types - the Analytic type, the Amiable type and the Pragmatic type.  

The Analytic type, whose favorite question is "What?" wants to understand what it is you want to accomplish.  This type helps you and your team think critically about your goals.  

The Amiable type asks "Why?" and is the good listener who thinks about all sides of the issues and helps bring harmony amongst all parties to create a team approach to providing your service.

The Pragmatic type asks "How?" is the goal going to be accomplished and helps create a step-by-step plan for accomplishing the goal successfully and efficiently.
